Joe Sheehan Believes

These five qualities are 

1) Deciding each case on its own merits and doing so with integrity, honor, courage, and independence.

2) Protecting the best interests of the most vulnerable in society.

3) Remembering each person deserves a second chance, but that repeated violations should not be tolerated.

4) Enforcing the law, but not writing the law is paramount.

5) And, most important for civil court, enforcing valid contracts and agreements.

While Joe believes these are the top qualities to being a good judge, he will also use his platform to promote community service, specifically cleaning up the litter in Whitemarsh and Conshohocken to keep our part of the world beautiful.
